I think they mention her last name but I can't remember it. 
So what do you think, she wouldn't give Emir his rings back so he cut her head off and it landed in a box.

That WOULD make a lot of sense, seeing as Susie seems like the type to get into trouble like that. 
I can see her saying something like "You can't have them back, they're MINE NOW!" to Emir, only to have him shoot her and then cut her head off trying to get them back. Didn't work though, did it?
He still had to wait a LONGASSED time for them!
By the way, her full name is Susie Sumner according to Hand in Killer 7 and most of the information I've read on the net.
Of course it's been too long since I've played the game..... so I don't remember if the game said anything about her full name.

I also love the small detail of her holding her dad's hunting rifle.
